CORPORATE INFO
Premier Enterprise Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd (PREMIER), a wholly owned Bumiputra company, was incorporated on 17th July 1995 in response to the growing need for the supply and services in the buoyant Heavy and Medium scale industry in Malaysia.
PREMIER commenced operation in December 1995, principally as a local distributor for various range of industrial Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Safety and Electrical products. PREMIER gained momentum in the supplies of proprietary spare parts for PETRONAS groups of companies through sourcing network that spans through USA, Europe and Asia Pacific rim. PREMIER has secured exclusive representation from;
- Champion Technologies Inc. in September 1996 for the Oilfield production and refinery specialty chemicals
- Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in August 1998, for the supply of Air Compressors, Dryers, Blowers and Vacuum Pumps.
Premier is now actively supplying these product to both oilfield upstream and downstream sectors. PREMIER has initiated local manufacturing of Water Injecvtion and Production Chemicals in 1999 and later in 2003 initiated manufacturing of Integrity Chemicals to cater for both Peninsular and East Malaysia requirements. This initiative has been well received and recognized by Petronas Vendor Development Group and Premier has been accorded the “Restricted Category” status in 2008 for a range of Oilfield Chemicals. Restricted Category positioned Premier as one of the preferred supplier to Petronas group of Companies and all Multi National Oilfield Companies operating in Malaysia.
Apart from Malaysian supplies, Premier has managed to secure Chemical Supply Contract oversea;
- Supply of Production Chemicals to Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Co. (GNPOC) in 2000 through collaboration with PETRONAS Mitco.
- Supply of Production Chemicals to Petronas Carigali Turkmenistan Sdn Bhd in 2005.
PREMIER has a distinctive Health & safety Environment Management System and its Quality Management System has been granted ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 certification by Bureau Veritas Certification.
